Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered on the HireavAkil Platform, including one-time consultations, document drafting and review services, and subscription plans. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Consultations
Scheduled consultations not yet commenced:
If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours before the appointment time, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will not be eligible.
Completed consultations:
Once a consultation has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable.
Advocate no-show:
If an advocate fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled session.
2. Document Drafting & Review Services
- • Before work has commenced: Full refund entitled.
- • After work has commenced: Partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- • After delivery: The fee is non-refundable once delivered.
3. Subscription Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund if no services were consumed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@hireavakil.in with your order details.
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days.
5. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution of a refund request, you may escalate the matter in accordance with our dispute resolution process set out in the Terms of Use.
