Legal professionals listed on HireavAkil agree to maintain valid licensure with the Bar Council of India or the relevant State Bar Council, provide services in accordance with the Advocates Act, 1961, and the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, and deliver honest, competent, and diligent representation to clients engaged through the Platform.

5. Payments

All payments for services on HireavAkil are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices for consultations, subscriptions, and document services are displayed at the time of purchase. HireavAkil reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided for subscription holders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the HireavAkil Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of HireavAkil or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.
